Fatal error: Call to undefined method vS_HHR_Engine

Hello, I just noticed today that I had 4 posts to moderate. While in the Posts Awaiting Moderation panel, I select Delete on a post and then Save, I get the following error: Fatal error: Call to undefined method vS_HHR_Engine::rebuild_cache() in /home/clevelan/public_html/forums/includes/functions_databuild.php on line 1326

I don't have a problem when I select Validate and Save. I have not tried Ignore and Save.

I'm running the latest vbulletin release (3.8.3) and the latest version of HHR Expanded (3.7.6).

Any suggestions?

Re: Fatal error: Call to undefined method vS_HHR_Engine

Yes, but this is not a bug. Previously, the hack had a few file edits to functions_databuild.php. The latest version no longer has those edits and the api was changed - so it is essential that you remove the edits you made for previous versions of the hack.

I can almost guarantee that no other hack has modified that file, so you can just restore the default one from vBulletin.

This should fix the problem, but if not, please feel free to post again.

Re: Fatal error: Call to undefined method vS_HHR_Engine

That did it - thank you! Were there any other edits made that are no longer needed?

I don't think so. I believe that all other file edits remained what they were.
