Bug with Cyb - Advanced Permissions Based on Post Count

I am using Cyb - Advanced Permissions Based on Post Count

Member with less 10 posts can see the link if say thanks i dont know why but the link is visible.
But after refresh the browsing the link is hidden again which is correct like

To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 3 posts

It's probably because they are not parsing links at the right time, and not globally (e.g. links must be processed in vBulletin's bbcode handler). Please report it to CYB.
